These Terms of Service outline the policies and expectations for services and events offered by Magick Unleashed. They are intended to create clarity for both you and Magick Unleashed while supporting a safe, respectful, and welcoming experience.
By booking, purchasing, or participating in a Magick Unleashed service or event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
1. General Terms
Magick Unleashed provides sound healing, wellness experiences, intuitive card readings, and related services and events.
Clients and participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated for a specific offering.
Booking or purchasing a service constitutes an agreement to these Terms of Service and any additional terms communicated as part of the specific booking or event.
Magick Unleashed reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service when circumstances arise that make it inappropriate, unsafe, or unreasonable to proceed.
2. Wellness & Liability Disclaimer
Magick Unleashed offers sound healing and related wellness experiences intended to create a supportive space for relaxation, rest, self-connection, and overall wellbeing. These services are complementary in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Sound healing is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, medication, or other professional healthcare. Individual experiences vary, and Magick Unleashed does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, mental, or energetic outcome from participating in a service.
Clients are responsible for making their own decisions about whether a service is appropriate for them based on their individual circumstances. If you have a medical condition, injury, or other concern that may affect your ability to safely participate, please consult with an appropriate healthcare professional before attending and communicate any relevant concerns to Magick Unleashed in advance.
By participating in a Magick Unleashed service, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate voluntarily and are responsible for listening to your body, respecting your own boundaries, and communicating if you need to pause, modify, or discontinue participation.
Health & Safety Waiver
For services where a health and safety waiver is required, clients must complete the waiver before participating.
The waiver is intended to give clients an opportunity to consider any personal circumstances that may affect their participation and to provide relevant information that may help Magick Unleashed create a safe and supportive experience.
Completing the waiver does not replace the client’s responsibility to communicate any concerns, limitations, or changes in circumstances before or during a session.
3. Sound Healing Services
Sound healing experiences offered by Magick Unleashed may include sound baths, sound journeys, singing bowls and other instruments, guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, periods of stillness, relaxation, and other complementary wellness practices.
Not every service includes all of these elements. The specific components of each experience will be communicated as part of the applicable booking or event.
Everyone experiences sound differently. Participants may experience relaxation, physical sensations, emotional responses, memories, or other personal experiences, while others may simply experience a period of rest and quiet. There is no required or expected way to experience a sound healing session.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and honour their own boundaries throughout the experience. You may change your position, take a break, step out, or discontinue participation at any time.
Participation in optional elements such as breathwork or movement is voluntary. If an element does not feel appropriate for you, you are welcome to modify or decline participation.
Certain health conditions, injuries, medical devices, pregnancy, sensory sensitivities, or other personal circumstances may affect how someone experiences sound, vibration, breathwork, movement, or prolonged periods of lying down. Clients are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional if they have concerns.
Clients are encouraged to communicate relevant considerations to Magick Unleashed before participating so that reasonable adjustments can be discussed where possible. Not all modifications may be available for every service.
4. Intuitive Card Readings
Card readings offered by Magick Unleashed are intuitive and reflective experiences intended to offer insight, perspective, and opportunities for self-exploration. Tarot and oracle cards are used as tools to support reflection and personal empowerment.
Readings are not guarantees or definitive predictions of future events. Any interpretations, intuitive impressions, or perspectives offered during a reading are provided for the client’s consideration, and clients remain responsible for their own choices, decisions, and actions.
Tarot and oracle readings are not a substitute for qualified medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Clients should seek appropriate professional support when needed.
Magick Unleashed is committed to offering readings in a respectful, empowering, non-judgmental, and compassionate manner. Clients are encouraged to take what resonates with them, ask questions, and use their own discernment throughout the experience.
5. Private Bookings & Group Events
Once a private booking is confirmed, Magick Unleashed will plan and prepare the experience based on the agreed-upon booking details. These may include the date, time, location, session length, number of participants, selected services or add-ons, and any agreed-upon customizations.
Guest Numbers
Requests to add guests should be made at least 7 days before the event, subject to capacity and approval. Additional participants may result in an adjustment to the booking price, with any additional amount added to the final invoice.
After the final payment deadline, additional guests may not be possible and must be discussed with Magick Unleashed in advance.
If the number of guests decreases after a private booking has been confirmed, the original booking price remains unchanged. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Changes to a Customized Experience
Major changes to a customized experience should be requested within 5 days of booking. Changes requested after this time may not be possible depending on preparation requirements, scheduling, and other commitments.
Changes to session length must be discussed and approved in advance and may result in an updated price.
Changes to the agreed-upon location must also be approved in advance and may result in additional travel fees or an updated quote.
Last-minute changes may not always be possible and are subject to availability, preparation requirements, and logistical considerations.
6. Public Events
Public event tickets are generally non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to attend a public event, you may contact Magick Unleashed to request a transfer to another eligible Magick Unleashed event, subject to availability.
At least 24 hours’ notice is requested whenever possible, but this is not a strict cutoff. Requests made with less notice may still be considered, particularly in the case of illness or unexpected circumstances. Transfers are not guaranteed.
If a transferred ticket is applied toward an event with a higher ticket price, any applicable price difference must be paid before the transfer is confirmed.
If a ticket is transferred to a lower-priced event, the difference will not be refunded.
Transferred tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
If Magick Unleashed cancels a public event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or, where appropriate, the option to transfer their ticket to another eligible event.
Magick Unleashed may make reasonable changes to event details, including the schedule, location, format, or facilitator, when circumstances require. Participants will be notified of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.
7. Payment & Invoicing
For standard private bookings, a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking date. The deposit is applied toward the total booking price.
The remaining 70% balance is due 7 days before the event.
Payment instructions will be provided through the applicable invoice or booking confirmation.
Private bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
Short-notice bookings are accepted at the discretion of Magick Unleashed and are subject to availability. Services, session lengths, customizations, and add-ons available for short-notice bookings may be limited depending on preparation requirements and existing commitments.
If a remaining balance is not received by the stated due date, Magick Unleashed will contact the client regarding the outstanding payment. If the balance remains unpaid, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit may be retained in accordance with the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds policy.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Private Bookings
More than 14 days before the booking:
The client may choose either:
-
a full refund of all payments made; or
-
transfer of their deposit/payment toward one mutually agreed-upon future date, subject to availability.
14 days or less before the booking:
The 30% deposit is retained. The client may request to reschedule, and Magick Unleashed will do its best to accommodate a mutually agreed-upon new date, subject to availability.
If any remaining balance has already been paid, the treatment of that balance may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.
Within 7 days of the booking:
The same general cancellation policy applies. The deposit is retained, and any additional amount already paid may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling may be possible but is not guaranteed.
Day-of cancellation or no-show:
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are generally not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Individual circumstances may be considered where appropriate.
If Magick Unleashed Cancels
If Magick Unleashed needs to cancel a private booking for any reason, the client may choose either:

a full refund of all payments made; or
-
rescheduling to a mutually agreed-upon future date, subject to availability.
Circumstances Outside Either Party’s Control
If circumstances arise that make a booking unsafe, impractical, or unreasonable to proceed with, either party may request to reschedule.
If Magick Unleashed determines that the service cannot safely be provided and the client is unable to reschedule, the client will receive a full refund of payments made.
If a client is unable to attend due to an unexpected personal circumstance, the standard cancellation policy remains the baseline, but the circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Magick Unleashed understands that unexpected circumstances can arise. While the policies above provide the standard guidelines, individual circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
9. Changes to Bookings
Clients are encouraged to communicate any requested changes as early as possible so that Magick Unleashed can adjust preparation, scheduling, pricing, and logistics where necessary.
The final confirmed booking details form the basis for planning and preparation.
Requests to change the number of participants, session length, location, services, add-ons, or significant customized elements may affect the booking price and availability.
Magick Unleashed will do its best to accommodate reasonable requests, but changes are not guaranteed, particularly when requested close to the event date.
10. Late Arrivals & Shortened Sessions
Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time to settle in and allow the experience to begin on time.
If you are running late, please message Magick Unleashed as soon as you know. Flexibility may be possible when advance communication is provided and scheduling allows.
Communication about a late arrival does not guarantee that the session can be extended. Sessions may need to end at their originally scheduled time due to other commitments.
If a session is shortened because a client arrives late or requests to end early, the original booking price remains unchanged. Private bookings reserve a specific date, time, and experience rather than being charged minute-by-minute.
If a client is significantly late without communication and the session can no longer reasonably proceed, the standard cancellation or no-show policy may apply.If a session must be shortened due to circumstances caused by Magick Unleashed, the situation will be handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
Magick Unleashed respects the privacy of clients and participants.
Personal information shared during private sessions, tarot readings, sound healing experiences, or other services will be treated with care and will not be intentionally shared publicly without consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
Magick Unleashed will not share personal stories, identifying details, photographs, recordings, or testimonials from a private experience without appropriate permission.
If you choose to provide a testimonial, review, photograph, or other feedback for promotional purposes, you give permission for Magick Unleashed to use that material only as agreed upon.
Participants are also asked to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information, stories, or experiences disclosed by fellow participants during group experiences or sharing circles.
12. Code of Ethics
Magick Unleashed is committed to providing services in a respectful, compassionate, empowering, and non-judgmental manner.
This includes:
Empowerment: Supporting clients in developing their own insight, self-awareness, and agency rather than creating dependence on readings or services.
Honest Interpretation: Offering tarot and oracle interpretations sincerely and responsibly, without presenting intuition as absolute certainty.
Practical Discernment: Encouraging clients to use their own judgment and take practical action where appropriate.
Consent: Respecting personal boundaries and ensuring participation in optional elements remains voluntary.
Confidentiality: Treating personal information and experiences shared during services with care.
Non-Judgment: Creating an environment where clients can show up as they are and feel respected and supported.
Professional Boundaries: Not providing advice outside Magick Unleashed’s qualifications or presenting wellness or spiritual services as professional healthcare.
Right to Decline: Reserving the right to decline a reading, question, request, or service when it falls outside appropriate boundaries or cannot be responsibly provided.
Respect: Treating every client and participant with dignity, compassion, and consideration.Magick Unleashed also welcomes respectful feedback and remains committed to continually learning and improving its services.
13. Client Responsibilities & Consent
Clients and participants are responsible for:

providing accurate and relevant information when completing required booking forms or health and safety waivers;

communicating relevant concerns or limitations before or during a service;
-
listening to their own body and respecting their personal boundaries;

participating only in activities they feel comfortable with;
-
following reasonable safety instructions provided during a service or event;
-
treating facilitators, venues, and fellow participants with respect; and
-
making their own decisions regarding participation and any personal, medical, financial, or other matters discussed during a service.
Clients may pause, modify, or discontinue participation in an activity at any time.
Magick Unleashed may ask a participant to discontinue participation or leave an event if their behaviour creates a safety concern, significantly disrupts the experience, or compromises the wellbeing of others.
14. Changes to Services & Policies
Magick Unleashed may update services, offerings, pricing, event formats, and these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version of the Terms of Service in effect at the time of booking will generally apply to that booking, unless a change is required to address a safety, legal, or operational matter.
Updated Terms will be made available through the Magick Unleashed website or other applicable booking channels.
A Final Note
These policies are intended to create clarity, healthy boundaries, and a supportive experience for everyone involved.
