Our energy, emotions, and sense of wellbeing can feel different as we move through life’s changing seasons. These private sessions bring together Reiki, energy work, and sound healing to create space to pause, turn inward, and explore what you may need in the present moment.
Through hands-on or hands-off Reiki, resonant sound instruments, and a personalized approach, each session invites you to settle into the experience, become more aware of your inner landscape, and make space for whatever may arise. You may experience deep relaxation, a sense of grounding, emotional release, or shifts in how you feel. Every experience is unique, and there is no particular outcome you need to achieve.
Whether you’re drawn to gentle restoration or a more immersive experience that includes intuitive card reading, each session offers time dedicated to your own wellbeing and personal journey.
What to Expect
Each session begins with Reiki, allowing the experience to unfold at a comfortable pace. Sound instruments are then intuitively woven into the energy work, creating layers of tone and vibration through crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other instruments.
Reiki and sound healing are complementary practices that aim to support balance and harmony within the body and its energy. Through the combination of energy work and sound, the experience creates space for you to slow down, become more present, and tune in to your own inner landscape.
You may experience deep relaxation, a sense of grounding, emotional release, or shifts in how you feel. Every experience is unique, and there is no particular outcome you need to achieve. You’re welcome to simply receive the experience in whatever way feels right for you.
Each session concludes with a sound bath, with the length and overall flow shaped by your chosen offering.

45 minutes | Private Reiki & Sound Session
A calming, restorative experience designed to support energetic balance and create space to slow down and tune in to yourself.
Through Reiki and Sound Healing, this session invites you to settle into the present moment and become more aware of what you may be holding, both physically and emotionally. A closing sound bath offers time to receive the frequencies and allow the experience to unfold without expectation.

Deep Restoration
60 minutes | Private Reiki & Sound Session
With more time to settle into the experience, Deep Restoration offers an opportunity to explore Reiki and sound more deeply, with an extended closing sound bath.
The additional time allows for a more spacious experience of energy work and sound, inviting you to turn inward, release the demands of everyday life, and make room for whatever you may be ready to explore or let go of.
A deeper immersion in sound and energy work, with space for stillness, awareness, and personal reflection.

The Rejuvenation Ritual
90 minutes | Private Reiki, Sound Healing & Intuitive Reading
An expansive experience bringing together Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive card reading in a dedicated space for energetic balance, personal exploration, and reflection.
Alongside an extended experience of energy work and sound, a three-card reading offers a reflective way to close the session. The cards create an opportunity to explore themes, consider new perspectives, and connect with insights or intentions you may wish to carry forward.
With time for both immersive sound and intuitive reflection, this experience brings the elements together in a meaningful ritual centred around you.

Every session begins with a conversation about your preferences, intentions, and the experience you’re looking for.
Sessions may take place in your home or another suitable space, depending on location and availability. If you don’t have a suitable space at home, we can explore alternative arrangements together.
From sound instruments and sensory preferences to optional elements such as energy cleansing and aromatherapy, we’ll discuss what feels comfortable for you and what the space can accommodate.
